National Institute of Health and Family
Welfare (NIHFW) is an autonomous Institute
funded by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and
having aim to serve as an apex technical Institute
to promote health and family welfare programme in
the country through education, research, training,
specialized services, advisory and consultancy services
etc.
NIHFW has sophisticated and costly equipment in its
Laboratories, Clinic, Hospital, Printing Press, Library,
Animal House, Computer Centre, Conference Hall, Committee
Rooms etc. In addition to this there is a fleet of
vehicles, photocopiers, Air Conditioners, Water Coolers,
Desert Coolers, Typewriter, Computers, Geysers, Heat
Convectors, Aqua Guards, bathroom fittings, Kitchen
Wares, Curtains, Linen and routine office furniture
and fitting & fixtures etc. It is located in the
Institutional Area, near DDA Flats, Munirka, New Delhi.
EMPANELMENT
OF
ADVERTISING
AGENCY
NIHFW wishes to empanel INS Accredited
advertising agency for conceptualizing design
and release of advertisements.
The agency with full-fledged office at
Delhi and having full INS accreditation and
minimum annual turnover of above Rs. 5 crore
during the last five years (please enclose
copies of the INS certificate and balance sheet
for the last 5 years) should send their
“Expression of Interest” for empanelment in
NIHFW in a sealed envelope (superscribed as
“Expression of Interest for Empanelment of
Advertising Agency”) alongwith an EMD of Rs.
30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) by way of
bank draft payable in favour of Director, NIHFW.
The “Expression of Interest” should
reach the office of Deputy Director (Admn.),
NIHFW at above address latest by 12.30 hrs. on 6th
August, 2008. Incomplete applications or those
received after the due date and time would be
summarily rejected.
The applications containing “Expression
of Interest” would be opened on 6th
August, 2008 at 15.00 hrs.
The participating agencies may like to
send their representatives to be present at the
time of opening of applications.
Institute reserved the right to accept or
reject any/all application/s without assigning
any reasons therefore.
