Age limit:

Essential:
- Good academic record with atleast 50% marks in
Master’s degree in Nursing from a recognized University
/ Institution.
- Doctoral degree in Nursing or equivalent published
work in the concerned area from a recognized University /
Institution.
- Five years experience of teaching in undergraduate /
post-graduate classes and / or post-doctoral research
work.
- Evidence of published work of high quality during the
last five years.
Desirable:
1. Experience
in the field of health and family welfare.
2.
One year administrative experience in a
responsible position.
2. Lecturer
(Reproductive Bio-medicine–Clinic) : Two posts (1 Male
& 1 Female)

Scale of pay

Age limit:

Medical qualification included in the first or the
second schedule or part II of the third schedule (other than
licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act,
1956. Holders of
educational qualifications included in part II of the third
schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in
section 13(3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
2. Post-graduate degree in
Surg./ Med./ Obst. & Gynae or equivalent degree from a
recognized University / Institution.
3. Atleast 3 years teaching
/ training / research experience as
Demonstrator / Tutor /
Registrar / Resident in the Medicine, Surgery Obst. /
Gynae.

holding analogous posts or with 6 years service as Reader /
Associate Professor in the concerned subject in a Medical
College or in an equivalent grade in a research / training
institution and fulfilling the qualifications as below:
Essential:
1.

GENERAL
·
Age
limit as on 1.7.2008. Relaxation
admissible for SC / ST / OBC /
persons in Govt. Service etc. as per Central Govt.
Rules.
·
Age
relaxation for Physically handicapped persons: 8 years for OBC.
·
The
minimum degree of disability in order for a person to be
eligible for any concessions / benefits would be 40%.
·
Candidates
working in Govt. / Semi Govt.
organizations must apply through proper channel.
·
Unfurnished
accommodation may be provided subject to availability on
payment of prescribed rent.
·
Mere
fulfilling the essential qualifications does not entitle a
candidate to be called for interview.
·
Late

will not be entertained.

Order / Demand Draft in favour of Director, National Institute
of Health and F.W., New Delhi payable at New Delhi (No fee for
Physically handicapped candidates) either personally or by
sending a request alongwith a self addressed envelope
(9”x4”) duly stamped for Rs.10/-.

3. Completed applications alongwith
photocopies of educational qualifications, proof of belonging
to OBC/Physical Handicapped and experience certificates (attested
